How do I back up my data?
Memento uses Supabase for account sync. As long as you're signed in, your entries, mood history, habits, and goals are stored securely in the cloud and available across devices.
Where are my photos stored?
Photos attached to your daily entries are stored locally on your device. They are not uploaded to any server.
I didn't receive the confirmation email.
Check your spam folder. If it's not there, try requesting a new one from the sign-in screen. Some providers take a few minutes to deliver.
How do I delete my account?
Send a request to the email address below with the subject line "Delete Account" and the email address you used to register. Your data will be permanently removed within 7 days.
I lost my streak. Can I restore it?
Streaks are calculated from your entry history and cannot be manually restored. If you believe there's a bug, contact support with the date range you're asking about.
